Every effort will be made to ensure that you fly at the booked time. We are, of course, subject to weather and occasional technical matters. Your safety is always paramount and we will not compromise this.

If you elect to cancel within 48 hours of the booked flight this causes us very considerable expense. To cover this we will charge a rebooking fee of £40 per voucher.

Vouchers are valid for 6 calendar months from the date of issue. This will enable customers to have lots of opportunities to book a flight with us. We hope that you will want to use the voucher as soon as possible, most people can't wait. If the voucher expires it will not be redeamable. If the voucher is close to the expiry date but you are unable to make any booking times then we can extend it for a further 28 days for a one off £40 fee. This is only the case if the voucher has not yet expired and contact is made before expiry to arrange a booking.

Important information

Under the distance selling regulations 2000 you have the right to return the voucher at your own expense if you change your mind within 8 days following delivery. You will normally receive a full refund using the same method as the original transaction.
