Our instructors

Leading Edge Flight Training has a wide range of Instructors available, from recently qualified to current airline pilots. Our structure ensures that our pilots are never put under pressure to fly and are not reliant on Instruction for their livelihood. This ensures our students do not waste time or money flying in conditions that are unsuitable for their particular stage in training.

It also ensures our Instructors are fully committed to providing top level training to develop safe, competent and confident pilots. Our instructors work together to ensure standardisation but are also aware of individual training needs and maintain flexibility to meet these. Positive student support and encouragement is one of our core aims.
